




Receive and provide support services to customers, patients, guests, visitors, and passengers; handle telephone inquiries and provide information in offices, clinics, hotels, hospitals, banks, airports, and other establishments; schedule interviews or appointments and receive customers or visitors; assess their needs and direct them to the appropriate location or person; arrange services, make reservations (hotels and transportation), and recommend accommodations in hotels and similar establishments; observe internal security procedures by verifying documents and customer credibility and notifying security personnel about unfamiliar individuals; close customer accounts and check-out procedures. Organize information and plan daily work activities.
