Responsibilities: * Welcome and delight students and visitors with humane and elegant service * Perform registrations, scheduling, and provide student support throughout the entire service process * Organize the entry flow and support the operational team when necessary * Maintain the reception area always immaculate, reflecting the Era Fitness standard * Assist with administrative routines when needed and support management * Support internal campaigns and student relationship building.
