" Assist customers in completing the anamnesis form. " Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. " Promote procedure resales to active customers. " Confirm and reschedule appointments for absent customers daily. " Ensure customer retention and satisfaction. " Open administrative support tickets when necessary, assisting management.
