Description: * Completed high school education. * Experience in property security, loss prevention, inspection, or access control—preferably in retail. * Knowledge of goods receiving, volume verification, seal inspection, invoices, and inter-unit transfers. * Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, email, and internal systems). * Experience with or familiarity with CCTV, monitoring, and access control is a plus. * Courses in Property Security or Loss Prevention will be considered advantageous. * Profile characterized by ethical conduct, professionalism, discipline, attention to detail, confidentiality of information, and ability to act neutrally and impartially. * Conduct dual verification during receipt of high-value goods, large-volume shipments, and inter-unit transfers, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, correct quantities, and accurate recording of entries and exits. * Inspect company truck seals during internal transfers, per established standards. * Audit completion of unit receiving checklists, ensuring adherence to company standards. * Receive, verify, and file documentation for third-party contractors, service providers, and sales promoters; maintain and update the unit access authorization spreadsheet. * Prepare, review, and submit incident reports, emergency reports, access control reports, and system and process reports. * Conduct internal store patrols, focusing on theft prevention and control. * Perform locker inspections and manage personnel entry and exit, as required by operational needs. * Monitor emergency systems and support preventive actions. * Collaborate with outsourced security companies and the CCTV monitoring team, providing on-site support while ensuring confidentiality of information and images. * Monitor merchandise at all entry and exit points (loading docks, checkout areas, inter-departmental and inter-unit transfers), identifying and reporting vulnerabilities and losses. * Review and propose daily loss prevention actions, contributing to reduced deviations across units. * Assist customers whenever necessary, following the company-defined service standards. 2512200202551928961
