We are looking for a **Senior Fullstack Developer** to join our technology team. We seek someone who goes beyond technical execution — acting as a reference for the team, actively participating in architectural, product, and technology decisions, contributing to platform evolution, and helping build a culture of technical excellence. Someone who identifies improvement opportunities, proposes solutions, participates in strategic discussions, and contributes to the development of other team members. **Responsibilities and duties** — **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * **Fullstack Development:** Develop and maintain features of the SaaS platform using React on the frontend and Next.js on the backend, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability. * **Software Architecture:** Participate in defining and evolving the platform’s architecture, proposing technical improvements and supporting long-term structural decisions. * **Technical Leadership:** Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting developers with implementation challenges, code reviews, and best development practices. * **Decision Making:** Actively contribute to decisions related to product, technology, architecture, and development processes. * **Software Quality:** Ensure delivery quality through testing, code reviews, observability, and continuous monitoring. * **Problem Solving:** Investigate and resolve complex issues efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions. * **Documentation:** Foster a culture of technical documentation, keeping processes, architectures, and integrations properly recorded and up to date. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify optimization opportunities in processes, development workflows, architecture, and platform user experience. * **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with product, business, operations, and technology teams to transform requirements into scalable solutions. * **Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing:** Contribute to the team’s technical growth through mentoring, technical discussions, and dissemination of best practices. * **Innovation:** Evaluate new technologies, tools, and approaches that can deliver value to the company and drive platform evolution. **Requirements and qualifications** — **REQUIREMENTS** * Solid fullstack development experience (5+ years); * Solid experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript (3+ years); * Solid experience with React (3+ years); * Solid experience with Next.js (3+ years); * Experience developing and consuming GraphQL APIs (3+ years); * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with Git and source code versioning; * Experience with code reviews; * Experience with automated testing; * Experience in cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS); * Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns; * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting practices; * Experience working in agile teams. — **IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DEMONSTRATE** * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Leadership and influence capabilities; * Strategic thinking; * Product and business acumen; * Excellent communication skills; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Autonomy in decision-making; * Analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems; * Organization and priority management; * Continuous learning; * Focus on quality and results; * Genuine interest in contributing to the company’s growth and the team’s evolution. — **IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU HAVE** * Experience in startups or SaaS companies; * Knowledge of infrastructure and DevOps; * Experience with event-driven architecture; * Experience with automation and system integrations; * Knowledge of AI applied to products; * Experience in technical leadership or informal team coordination. **Additional information** With over two years in the market, we are a startup founded to simplify the real estate financing market in Brazil.
