Position of trust We are looking for a committed, proactive professional with experience in **team management**, to serve as an **Operational Supervisor**, ensuring service quality and smooth operational functioning at workstations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage teams across different workstations; * Conduct periodic operational visits; * Prepare operational reports; * Monitor additional services and implementations; * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees; * Verify staffing levels at workstations and manage workforce. **Requirements:** * Availability to work during the **night shift**; * Prior experience in this role; * Strong ability in **team leadership and conflict management**; * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**. **Preferred Qualification:** * Familiarity with the **HK system**. **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **Working Hours:** 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Job Details:** * **Position of trust** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.923,40 * **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 29.00/day * Food Allowance: R$ 205.91 * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Dental Care Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B
