Job Summary: Responsible for waste segregation, internal collection, and storage, ensuring the organization and maintenance of the waste center. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for waste management and segregation 2. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the waste area 3. Operation of equipment related to waste management **Responsibilities:** * Sort waste according to its characteristics (plastic, cardboard, rejects, wood, organics, and other materials discarded by our client); * Perform breakage activities in the store; * Remove and store cardboard/plastic bales from the baler; * Notify the supervisor or responsible person regarding the need for waste collection; * Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the solid waste center; * Conduct internal waste collection; * Keep the waste area clean and organized. * Operate equipment related to waste management **Requirements:** * Completed high school or elementary education; * Experience in waste segregation; * Responsible and punctual. * Experience with balers is a plus. **Schedule:** T3: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, rotating shift 6x2 T4: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE – ALL HOURS – 6x2 **Salary and Benefits:** 1850,00 Meal/Voucher (R$21.21/day) + Food Basket (R$147.87/month). Attendance Bonus: R$300.00 Hazard Pay: R$648.40 Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance. **Location:** Rod. Pres.
