As a **Monitoring Assistant**, you will: * Continuously monitor the cloud environment and applications for a client in the healthcare sector, tracking service availability and performance; * Identify, log, and escalate detected incidents and anomalies, using ServiceNow to create and track tickets; * Use tools such as Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Grafana to monitor environments and generate alerts; * Serve as the primary point of contact between the technical team and the client (to explain identified failures and issues), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication aligned with agreed-upon deadlines; * Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring processes by logging occurrences and supporting pattern identification. This role operates on a 12x36 shift schedule, covering nighttime hours, weekends, and holidays.
