Job Summary: A professional to drive the Managed Services area, responsible for risk management and physical security, coordinating security center operations, and ensuring full utilization of the SafeCompany platform by clients. We are seeking a professional to drive our Managed Services area, working directly with our clients, focusing on risk management and physical security, and coordinating their security center operations. In addition to ensuring full adoption of the SafeCompany platform by clients, the Managed Security Services Coordinator will be accountable for monitoring and response activities at security centers, process standardization, data handling, intelligence production, managerial reporting, and continuous operational improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, review, and maintain up-to-date security center processes; * Ensure standardization and adherence to protocols and procedures; * Monitor operations using performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs) and propose improvements; * Analyze and manage critical incidents; * Produce reports containing analyses, risk assessments, and recommendations; * Serve as the liaison between internal departments and monitoring service providers; * Support implementation of training and team development initiatives; * Conduct benchmarking and suggest best practices to enhance operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in managing or improving operational processes; * Experience analyzing performance indicators (KPIs/SLAs); * Knowledge of monitoring or security operations (preferred); * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities; * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; * Proficiency in preparing executive reports and presentations. **Additional Information** **Health and Well-being:** * SulAmérica Health and Dental Insurance; * TotalPass offering access to physical activities and leisure; * Physical and mental health programs (Eleva). **Flexible Benefit:** * iFood Benefits Card: Flexible option to manage your balance according to your preferences.
