**Responsibilities** * Operate low-complexity industrial machines and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Perform basic setup and adjustments on machines for production start-up or changeover, as per technical specifications. * Continuously monitor equipment operation during the production cycle, identifying and reporting any anomalies or failures. * Visually inspect the quality of manufactured products to ensure compliance with established standards. **Requirements** * Incomplete high school education. * Experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in the manufacturing sector. * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting production orders and simple technical drawings. * Familiarity with basic measuring tools, such as calipers or tape measures. * Ability to follow work instructions and operating procedures accurately. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends. **Benefits:** Shuttle service, Cafeteria, Health insurance (options available for employee and dependents), Profit-sharing bonus (PLR), Food basket, Health plan Compensation: R$2\.162,00 \- R$2\.163,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket Work location: On-site
