AI Developer Backend Java Sr About the project A SuperApp redesign project, focused on modernizing Android, iOS, and Java backend platforms—preserving current functionality while reorganizing customer journeys. Your mission Responsible for developing the necessary integrations for the SuperApp redesign using AI agents, ensuring senior-level delivery of all assigned tasks. Requirements and Responsibilities: Agentic AI development: Essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and AI agent development for optimizing processes within the development lifecycle; Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD); Knowledge of Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs; Participation in agile ceremonies; Participation in deployment and RDM processes; Ensuring code quality and unit testing; Code reviews; DevOps and Project Management tools: Usage and integration of tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams; Autonomy to solve problems and quickly adapt to new challenges; Resilience and adaptability in adverse scenarios.
