ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT: Monitor the area, ensuring site security while remaining alert to the movement of people and vehicles. Carry out preventive actions to maintain post security. Conduct inspections within the post perimeter. Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor toward customers and their employees. Provide all types of information and assistance requested by your immediate supervisor. Perform visible (uniformed) duties to promote the safety of people, facilities, and materials, thereby deterring and preventing actions harmful to the client’s interests—whether criminal or not—while complying with legal requirements. Comply with instructions and procedures established for your assigned post. Prepare daily shift/post reports as stipulated by the company. Be responsible for safeguarding equipment under your charge (firearms, documentation, and post materials). Complete necessary documents required for performing your duties (e.g., security logbook and time card). In case of an incident, act proactively according to established procedures, preserving your own life and the property for which you are responsible. Other duties inherent to the position.
