Job Summary: This position involves general maintenance and care of the site, including repairs and identifying maintenance needs to keep the facility in good condition. Key Highlights: 1. Site care and maintenance to identify repair needs 2. General space maintenance and various repairs 3. Use of the site facilities as a gym and for swimming lessons Hiring of a general services assistant for site care and maintenance. Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Saturday — 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. *Personal transportation is required on Saturdays, as no buses operate in the area on weekends. General space maintenance: General care to identify repair and maintenance needs. Tasks include mowing lawns, pruning trees, replacing and installing pipes when necessary, faucets, and other repairs as needed to maintain operational condition. The employee may also use on-site facilities such as the gym, swimming lessons, party halls, etc. R$ 2500.00 + Meal allowance R$ 26.00 per workday After probationary period: R$ 2710.00 + Meal allowance R$ 26.00 per workday (average monthly amount: R$ 578.00).
