You will join the team responsible for keeping our city clean and healthy, working directly on waste collection. Responsibilities: \- Collect household, commercial, and industrial waste following assigned routes; \- Pick up bags and trash bins and load them into the compactor truck; \- Operate the compaction system safely; \- Signal traffic to protect the team during collection; \- Maintain and use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with occupational safety regulations; \- Maintain good relationships with team members and the community; \- Report irregularities found along the route. Requirements: \- Incomplete elementary education; \- Good physical condition and willingness for repetitive effort; \- Responsibility and punctuality; \- Availability to work day, night, and rotating shifts; \- No restrictions for outdoor work exposed to sun/rain.
