Join us and make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support field agronomic experimentation activities (research projects and portfolio improvement), including soil preparation, planting, experimental management (experiment setup, performance evaluations, preventive maintenance against pests, diseases, and weeds, etc.), harvesting, and result evaluation. These activities will be supervised/planned by research analysts and area managers. * Conservation and maintenance of company assets involved in agronomic experimentation (washing of PPEs, maintenance of various sprayers, combine harvester, input warehouse, prototype warehouse, equipment and tool storage). * Assist research analysts in conducting/maintaining agronomic experiments in the field or greenhouse, supporting the company's innovation "pipeline" projects or portfolio product improvement activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma or technical agricultural training preferred but not mandatory; * Prior experience with crops (sugarcane, grains, etc.) is desirable. **Additional Information** Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Transportation allowance Profit-sharing program (PLR) Life insurance Holiday gift kit Be part of a success story and build your future with us.
