Application Deadline: May 12, 2026 **Job Information** ----------------------- * Requirements + Completed high school education; + Technical training in related fields will be considered an advantage; + Proven experience in facility maintenance; + Knowledge of low-voltage electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance; + Electrical control systems; + Air-conditioning automation systems; + Basic knowledge of carpentry and gypsum ceiling installation; + Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS or similar); + Familiarity with construction and/or maintenance management software; + Prior leadership experience (e.g., supervisor, team leader, or similar role); + Experience in complex operations such as events, cultural centers, hospitals, industrial facilities, or high-traffic environments; + Valid NR10, NR35, NR18, and NR06 certifications; + Microsoft Office – basic to intermediate level; + Availability to work night shifts, holidays, and weekends; + Compliance with the Osesp Foundation’s Integrity Program * Main Responsibilities + Monitor, control, and coordinate building, low-voltage electrical, and air-conditioning system maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted building operations; + Support the Maintenance Supervisor in planning, scheduling, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance; + Ensure proper use of the maintenance management system, including opening, tracking, and closing Work Orders; + Monitor maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions; + Support standardization of technical and operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and fault reduction; + Develop and manage maintenance team work schedules, shifts, and leave plans; + Define priorities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance; + Lead, guide, and develop staff, promoting organization, productivity, and service quality; + Monitor individual and collective performance and provide ongoing feedback; + Resolve conflicts and improve departmental organizational climate; + Align maintenance activities with event schedules, rehearsals, recordings, and other operations; + Monitor civil, hydraulic, low-voltage electrical, and structural services; + - Monitor interventions on hydraulic, sanitary, and electrical systems, adhering to NR-10 requirements; + Monitor operation of integrated building systems, including lighting automation, climate control, and other systems; + Ensure quality standards for carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, and general building upkeep; + Directly perform corrective and preventive maintenance when required; + Support emergency responses, fault corrections, and civil, electrical, and hydraulic installations; + Support setup and dismantling of event layouts, furniture, and structures; + Control material usage and consumption, ensuring accurate recording in Work Orders; + Specify, request, and track procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment; + Maintain tool and equipment conservation, organization, and availability; + Monitor and supervise services performed by third-party contractors, ensuring technical and contractual compliance; + Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and applicable NR standards; + Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety. + Monitor and, if necessary, operate equipment such as welding machines, saws, cutting tables, and aerial work platforms; + Monitor movement of materials, machinery, and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety regulations; + Use official OSESP Foundation software to perform duties, as well as email applications, in compliance with LGPD. * Working Hours 44 hours per week – rotating 6x1 schedule * Salary Range From R$ 4.657,00 to R$ 7.201,00 * Employment Type CLT * Key Benefits Meal Voucher (R$ 1,456.00/month), Food Voucher (R$ 240.00/month), Transportation Voucher/Parking, Culture Voucher, TotalPass, Group Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Dental Plan, Corporate Pension Plan, Childcare Assistance (per Osesp Foundation’s internal policy), and SESC partnership. * Applications Submit your RESUME in PDF format, including contact phone number, between **05/07/2026** and **05/12/2026**, via the form below or to bancodecvs@osesp.art.br, indicating “Facility Maintenance Supervisor” in the subject line. + Include your LinkedIn profile URL in your RESUME, if available. * Selection Process**Stage 1**: Resume review; pre-selected candidates proceed to the next stage if required. **Stage 2**: Interview with the department management, conducted in person or online, including situational and technical knowledge assessments if required. **Stage 3**: Announcement of selected candidate.
