Reporting irregularities and maintenance needs Carry out cleaning, maintenance, and organization of common areas in residential condominiums, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Execute daily hygiene routines according to established standards, ensuring proper use of cleaning materials and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and maintain common areas of the condominium (entrance lobby, hallways, staircases, elevators, party room, outdoor areas, garages, etc.); * Collect and dispose of waste properly; * Restock hygiene supplies as needed; * Use cleaning products, equipment, and PPE correctly; * Report any irregularities, damages, or maintenance needs observed in common areas to the immediate supervisor; * Comply with internal regulations, safety procedures, and condominium routines.
