Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the Engineering Planning area, responsible for controlling and monitoring payments, preparing purchase requests, and organizing administrative processes. Do you identify with this? \#JoinEIXOSP **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for supporting the Engineering Planning area, managing control, registration, and monitoring of invoice payments related to materials and services. Preparing purchase requests in the system, as well as completing and updating internal contract management forms, including contracting, amendments, subcontracting, and contract closure. The professional will play an essential role in organizing administrative processes and supporting technical teams, contributing to project efficiency, compliance, and smooth execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Technical education or completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in engineering or related fields; Advanced Microsoft Office package; Driver’s license category B. **Desirable:** Knowledge in budgeting, planning, and contract management. Eixo SP manages the largest highway concession in Brazil. It operates over 1,200 kilometers of road network comprising 12 highways in São Paulo State, spanning municipalities from Rio Claro in the central region of São Paulo State to Panorama in the far west, at the border with Mato Grosso do Sul State. The company began operations in June 2020, investing in infrastructure works, signage, technology, human resources, and operational capabilities to serve users. The concessionaire administers 263.42 kilometers of SP-310 and SP-225 highways between São Carlos and Rio Claro, and from Itirapina to Bauru—highways already under concession for 20 years—as well as 958 kilometers of highways previously managed by DER – Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem, including segments of SP-284; SP-293; SP-294; SP-331; SP-425; SP-261; SP-304; SP-308; SP-197; and SP-191, connecting municipalities across the Bauru, Marília, and Presidente Prudente regions. The agreement signed with the São Paulo State government foresees R$ 14 billion in infrastructure and technology investments over a 30-year concession period. A total of 600 kilometers of highways will be duplicated, along with construction of shoulders, service roads, and bike lanes.
