




**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION AND JOB OBJECTIVES** Receive, screen, direct, and authorize access for Members, family members, guests, and service providers into the Condominium, aiming to prevent overcrowding and unauthorized individuals from remaining on premises. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Complete high school or technical education; undergraduate studies in progress are desirable. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Control access, screen and direct people to the correct departments for service, aiming to prevent overcrowding. Actively participate in vehicle registration, avoiding long waiting times for service providers in queues. Occupy workstations in the absence of any team member, reducing requests for temporary staff (FTs). Assist supervisors with administrative activities in departments: construction site registration, external reception, and security. Prepare daily maps identifying service and delivery locations to correctly assign service providers and guests to residences and construction sites. Organize daily copies, forms, and other documents that need to be stored in network folders and the Freedom system, maintaining control over authorizations and important notes regarding each visitor. Maintain a logbook with daily incidents, recording relevant information to be handed over to the next shift. Control structures, materials, and equipment using standard checklist spreadsheets, ensuring their proper functionality as well as preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor vehicles accessing the service gate (by type: trucks, buses, vans, etc.) through counters, cameras, and in-person supervision, generating traffic indicators to support decision-making within the Administration department. Generate internal bulletins reporting violations committed by visitors when entering through the gates, reporting incidents to the Administration department so notifications and warnings can be issued to concerned parties. Monitor landings and takeoffs according to e-mail and spreadsheet records, coordinating aircraft reception at the helipad by Security Agents and Civil Firefighters.
