Job Summary:
Professional responsible for receiving and controlling the access of customers, patients, and visitors, as well as providing telephone support and admitting patients.

* Receive and control access for internal and external customers within service units, providing support to customers, patients, and visitors;
* Provide telephone support and supply information;
* Admit patients;
* Observe internal security protocols, verifying documents and credibility of customers; organize information and plan daily tasks.
* Register and monitor entries of visitors, companions, new patients, and suppliers in spreadsheets or systems, offering assistance in clarifying doubts and providing general guidance;
B \- Control vehicle access and permit entry after 10:00 PM only for license plates registered in spreadsheets or systems;
C \- Control distribution of keys and release hygiene supplies after the cleaning team’s shift ends;
D \- Answer external and internal calls and make outgoing calls per requests;
E \- Receive all public agencies and auditors, and notify the unit coordinator for their assistance; if the coordinator is unavailable, locate the on-duty nurse to continue handling the matter. Subsequently, send an email to the unit coordination with a copy to the immediate leadership, including the agency name, date, time, contact phone number, and description of all actions taken (also record in the incident log);
F \- Enter patient data into the MV system, ensuring all fields are completed and required documents submitted;
G – Keep the census always updated and modify patient allocations internally in the MV system;
H – Manage and distribute clean linens in the absence of Housekeeping;
I – Control distribution of two-way radios and ensure their use across all support departments;
J \- Ensure all reception areas remain consistently clean and organized;
K \- Request and track motorcycle courier services via spreadsheet or system;
L \- Specifically at the Itaim unit, manage Dr. Frederico’s patient appointment schedule;
M \- Submit service requests to Atlas company for any elevator-related incidents;
N – Generate service orders (O.S.) for Maintenance and IT departments whenever necessary or requested;
O – Immediately notify immediate leadership/unit coordination of any incident or non-conformance occurring during the shift;
P \- Log all incoming items (mail, correspondence, invoices, etc.) and distribute them immediately to respective departments;
Q \- Conduct effective shift handover with the next-shift colleague and document any incidents in the shift log;
R – Receive and monitor linen delivery from the laundry service and supervise garment weighing;
S – Complete trainings provided on the Training Platform as directed by immediate leadership.
