Conduct patrols within the condominium to ensure the safety of residents and facilities. 2\. Assist residents and visitors in the condominium by providing clear and efficient information. 3\. Answer phone calls and manage the front desk, ensuring courteous and efficient service to all visitors. 4\. Issue ID badges and credentials to residents and visitors, verifying the validity and authenticity of documents. 5\. Monitor and control company access, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the condominium. 6\. Perform other tasks related to the role as requested. Requirements: 1\. Proven experience in security roles, preferably as an Access Controller. 2\. Strong communication and customer service skills. 3\. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 4\. Knowledge of first aid and RHN (National Highway Code) is a plus. 5\. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. What We Offer: 1\.
