Record and document support requests in our ticket management system. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as computers, printers, and routers. Configure and administer computer networks, identifying and resolving connectivity issues. Assist in server administration, data backups, and user account management. Communicate clearly and understandably, explaining technical procedures to users with varying levels of technological knowledge. Collaborate with the technical support team, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous process improvement. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or Technical Support Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
