Job Summary: SOC Operations Manager responsible for team management, processes, and strategic initiatives in Information Security, integrating with customers and developing people. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership in Information Security and SOC Operations 2. Application and review of security processes and customer onboarding 3. Alignment and implementation of global security processes Team management; Application and review of operational workflows and processes; Onboarding of new customers transitioning from Implementation to Sustenance (SOC); Integration with Customer Success to generate reports and metrics; Aligning, defining, and implementing security operations processes according to the Global methodology; Executing strategic initiatives, intersecting with other business areas, and evaluating impacts and risks to operations; Creating and presenting reports for various hierarchical levels (internal and for customers); Developing people. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS At least 10 years of experience in Information Security and/or IT Infrastructure; Proven experience and deep expertise in Security Operations Center – SOC (N1, N2, and N3 support); Experience in team management; Knowledge of Cybersecurity, as well as major methods, frameworks, and international standards (NIST, ISO27001, CISA); Familiarity with Cyber Defense solutions (Firewalls, DLP, Password Vaults, SIEM, Proxy, Antivirus, etc.); Strong proficiency in Office tools, especially Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint; Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams focused on results in Infrastructure, Networking, Windows and Linux Operating Systems, Databases, Backup, and Security; Support for mission-critical and high-availability platforms in Data Center environments; Experience in contract management and development of security service and product vendors; Process management and optimization to reduce operational costs; Advanced English and Spanish – desirable; Experience with analytics tools; Certification in Information Systems Security is desirable. **Private pension;.
