Our brand stands at the heart of the financial revolution — after all, we are the reference in Credit as a Service and the **#1 Banking-as-a-Service (BAAS) provider in Brazil**, with the purpose of transforming the financial market and building, together with our partners, the Bank of the Future. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor security events and alerts on SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other security platforms. * Conduct in-depth incident investigations, correlating events and identifying root causes. * Respond to security incidents quickly and effectively, performing containment, mitigation, and remediation. * Develop, review, and optimize detection rules, use cases, playbooks, and runbooks. * Perform threat hunting activities and proactive threat analysis. * Participate in incident simulation exercises and contribute to SOC process maturity. * Collaborate with infrastructure, network, application, and governance teams for incident handling. * Produce executive and technical reports on incidents and investigations. * Track emerging threats, techniques, and tools in the cybersecurity landscape. **Technical Competencies:** * Solid experience (4+ years) in SOC operations, incident response, or related areas. * Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Wazuh, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, Splunk). * Advanced knowledge of EDR/XDR solutions (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.). * Strong expertise in log analysis, networking, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S), Windows, and Linux. * Experience investigating malware, phishing, lateral movement, and common attacks (MITRE ATT&CK). * Ability to create detection rules, use cases, and perform event correlation. * Excellent analytical, documentation, and technical communication skills. **Desirable Differentiators** * Security certifications (e.g., GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, CCSP, CEH, Security+, AZ-500, SC-200). * Experience with SOAR tools and process automation. * Knowledge of cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Experience in threat hunting, forensic analysis, or CTI. * Familiarity with frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls). **Additional Information:** * 100% onsite model, located on Avenida Paulista. **What We Offer:** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Amil Medical and Dental Assistance; * Propay — Well-being and Health Program; * Life Insurance.
