Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: São Paulo – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Risk Analyst – ServiceNow Focus, you will work within the Cyber Risks and Operational Resilience Management area, with primary responsibilities including: * Administration and development on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices. * Development of advanced ServiceNow GRC modules. * Supporting business areas in defining requirements and solutions. * Developing dashboards to support KPI utilization (Platform Analytics). * Building and customizing pages (workspaces) using UI Builder, and implementing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and internal/external systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications. * Advanced JavaScript knowledge for script and automation development. * Proven experience with UI Builder and API-based integrations. * Experience with agile methodologies.
