Job Summary: Lead a multidisciplinary IT team, manage technology infrastructure, and supervise networks, servers, and security—ensuring high availability and data protection aligned with business needs. The professional is responsible for supervising network, server, and information security management, coordinating technical support, asset documentation, and corporate systems—ensuring high availability, data protection, and agile delivery of solutions aligned with business needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and validate configuration and optimization of corporate networks (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Switches), ensuring proactive infrastructure health monitoring via tools such as Zabbix and Grafana, continuously. * Manage architecture and maintenance of physical and virtual servers (Proxmox, Hyper\-V, VMware), as well as web servers and databases (SQL Server, MySQL), ensuring high availability and performance for daily operations. * Define guidelines and manage implementation of cybersecurity policies, auditing firewalls, backup routines, and access management (ControlID, Google Admin, Active Directory) to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure LGPD compliance, continuously. * Strategically administer the corporate software ecosystem (Office 365: Teams, Planner, SharePoint) and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), ensuring standardization, proper licensing, and efficient usage by employees, whenever necessary. * Coordinate technical support (Help Desk) service-level agreements (SLAs), structure user training programs, and supervise computer assembly and maintenance performed by the team—to ensure departmental productivity, daily. * Map strategic business needs to certify and implement new software solutions, ensuring the team maintains infrastructure documentation and asset inventory rigorously updated, periodically. * Lead and develop the IT technical team (Analysts and Support), defining goals, distributing tasks, and delivering feedback—to sustain high team performance and engagement, weekly. * Ensure workplace safety by using appropriate PPE and marking intervention areas. * Commit to excellence, adhering to guidelines defined in the Vision, Mission, and Values—upholding the institution’s ethical and responsible market image. * Perform activities following company procedures, policies, and standards. * Execute other related duties as directed by immediate leadership, upon request. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or related fields (Postgraduate degree in IT or Project Management is a plus). * Minimum 2 years of technical experience in infrastructure/networks and proven experience leading technology teams. * Proficiency in Virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper\-V), Networks (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti), Monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana), and Databases. * Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and Information Security practices. * Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Formulas). **Additional Information** * Results Orientation: Takes end-to-end ownership of technology projects and infrastructure health, ensuring deliverables and data protection meet expected standards. * Adaptability, Agile Execution, and Effectiveness: Resolves critical incidents (e.g., network or server outages) with strong urgency and practicality, guiding the team toward rapid service restoration. * Straightforward Communication (“Say It Like It Is”): Maintains transparent, jargon-free communication with executive leadership—translating infrastructure needs into business impacts to facilitate decision-making. * Continuous Development: Pursues constant updates on emerging technologies in networking, virtualization, and security—applying this knowledge to modernize the company’s IT architecture. * Customer Focus and Innovation: Bridges technical expertise with operational needs across departments (e.g., business intelligence), proposing tools and software that optimize employee workflows. * Complementary Skills: Analytical thinking, ethics, organization, strong communication, and resilience. **Your Career at Full Power: Build the Infrastructure That Powers Brazil.** Looking at an energized substation or a transmission line cutting across the horizon is not just seeing steel and cables—it’s seeing industries running, cities lit up, and the future arriving where nothing existed before.
