All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: Monitoring and controlling deployment of brand-new vehicles and demobilization of vehicles scheduled for replacement. Monitoring and executing coordination regarding all vehicles undergoing maintenance (contacting suppliers, receiving quotations, entering data into systems, contacting drivers and managers to update status). Monitoring and tracking traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Releasing reserve vehicles. Controlling and requesting documents from drivers involved in accidents or incidents. Contacting third-party drivers to explain Movida’s internal procedures and update status. Direct communication with internal departments handling customer-requested coordination.
