Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to work in the Marketing department at our Shared Service Center in Brazil, participating in global projects. Key Highlights: 1. Support the Shared Service Center with a focus on Marketing 2. Participate in global-level projects 3. Create and maintain KPI dashboards and reports Our organization is looking for a **Data Analyst** to support our Shared Service Center headquartered in Brazil. You will perform activities within the Marketing department, focusing on Group companies, and participate in other global-level projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect and consolidate historical data and develop pricing models; * Create and maintain periodic dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs); * Support goal setting, forecasting, and optimization based on analysis and historical data; * Monitor and analyze lead behavior and conversion metrics across marketing and sales funnels; * Assist in structuring processes and automations related to data collection and analysis. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for data organization and analysis; * Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; * **Intermediate-level English** for reading (technical materials, tools, and reports); * Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar); * Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and investigative curiosity; * Proficiency with digital tools and interest in digital marketing performance; * Experience in data analysis; * Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, etc.); * Basic SQL knowledge for simple automations. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary;** * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Hybrid Work Model, Birthday Day Off, SESC Membership, Medical Assistance, English Classes, and TotalPass; * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with a 1-hour break; * **Hybrid work model**, combining the best of in-office and remote work; * **Work Location:** Taubaté/SP.
