




Job Summary: We are seeking a Creative Planner to work with corporate clients, refining briefs, researching trends, developing concepts, and structuring audience experience journeys. We are looking for a professional to work in Creative Planning at our agency, focusing on corporate clients. Responsibilities: * Refine briefs by identifying necessary information to proceed with the project internally; * Conduct research and analysis (target audience, brand’s communication history and competitors, market references, and trends); * Identify cultural context and insights about the target audience related to the challenge; * Exercise conceptualization of projects, providing direction and inputs for other departments to deepen their specialized work—collaborate closely with Creative, Production, Account Management, Digital, and vendors; * Develop and propose creative concepts and territories aligned with the brand’s positioning; * Write conceptual storytelling that connects the proposal with the client’s objectives; organize proposals into commercial presentations and creative decks; * Structure audience experience journeys (pre-, during, and post-event); * Review scripts, assets, scenography, activations, and content; bridge the gap between idea and execution, ensuring the concept remains intact. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Advertising, Design, Business Administration, Communications, Events, Architecture, or related fields. Experience as a Planner. Proficiency in Keynote and/or Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Slides. Knowledge of Live Marketing. Advanced English proficiency.
