Job Summary: The professional will develop, review, and implement Compliance policies, contribute to the development of the Compliance program, conduct internal investigations and Due Diligence, and plan and deliver training. Conduct Due Diligence and Compliance training Description: Ingredients for the Combo: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields; * Experience conducting internal investigations related to reports submitted via the Confidential Channel; * Experience conducting reputational and integrity assessments of suppliers, partners, and customers; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools; * Knowledge of forensic tools is a plus (e.g., E\-Discovery, Relativity); * Knowledge and experience in ISO 37001-related audits is a plus; * Advanced English proficiency. What will be your challenge? * Develop, review, implement, and ensure the continuous updating of Compliance policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational culture; * Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Compliance Program, including risk mapping, diagnostics, implementation of controls, reviews, and effectiveness testing; * Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the pillars of the Compliance Program, promoting governance and process efficiency; * Conduct internal investigations related to reports submitted via the Confidential Channel, ensuring proper investigation and appropriate handling; * Conduct Due Diligence processes, using internal tools to assess risks, monitor third parties, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Plan, develop, deliver, and facilitate Compliance training, ensuring understanding and adherence to internal policies and procedures; * Develop, prepare, and produce reports and presentations for committees and the Executive Board; * Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and apply critical analysis to prioritize and manage activities. 2512050202181439457
