Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Security Engineer to design, implement, and monitor security solutions for applications, data, and infrastructure, ensuring high standards of protection and privacy in a rapidly growing environment. Our clients include Nubank, Banco BMG, iFood, SulAmérica, Light, Banco Inter, Banco C6, among others. **Requirements** We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions that protect our applications, data, and infrastructure. Your work will be essential to ensure Enter maintains the highest standards of protection and privacy, even in a fast-growing and constantly innovating environment. Responsibilities* Design a security plan for our cloud, applications, and corporate environment. The candidate will be responsible for executing these plans and advising on the strategy the company should follow to establish and expand its security scope. * Continuously monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activities across our systems. Establish an incident response process. * Collaborate with infrastructure, software engineering, and IT teams to develop tools, conduct internal pentests, review specifications, design secure software, and establish best practices. * Create controls and processes to monitor them. Work alongside infrastructure, software engineering, and IT teams to keep our environments secure and compliant with certifications (SOC II, ISO27001, and ISO27701\). * Influence the organization to foster a security culture by introducing tools, trainings, and discussion topics.
