





We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to join the team of an established accounting firm in the western region of São Paulo! Responsibilities: Process payroll, verifying entries and calculations; Control and calculate labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); Manage benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, and medical assistance; Support on hiring, termination, vacations, and electronic timekeeping control; Issue collection guides and ensure compliance with labor legislation; Prepare reports and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS, DCTF-WEB), strictly adhering to deadlines. Requirements: Previous experience in payroll processing is preferred, as the candidate will assume an existing workload from day one; Proficiency in payroll management systems (e.g., CONTMATIC / DOMÍNIO); Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation; Proficiency in Excel and labor-related calculations; Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive profile.
