Serve as a technical pillar in virtualization and cybersecurity. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a high-performance Network and Infrastructure Administrator to lead the management and technological evolution of our critical environments. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of Age Fibra’s IT infrastructure, covering both internal operations and the ecosystem of customers hosted in our Datacenter. The incumbent must possess strategic vision in virtualization and cybersecurity, serving as a technical pillar to ensure high service availability and data integrity. Additionally, they will assume a consultative and operational role, collaborating with Pre-sales and Projects teams to develop solutions for complex requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with the LGPD through implementation of security policies and risk mitigation measures. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Virtualized Environment Management:** Administer and optimize VMware- and Proxmox-based infrastructures, ensuring high performance and security in critical environments. * **Security and Business Continuity:** Implement backup and disaster recovery (Disaster Recovery) strategies, and manage firewalls and anti-malware solutions. * **Data Governance and Protection:** Ensure LGPD compliance by implementing IAM policies and private networks to mitigate vulnerabilities. * **Automation and Operational Efficiency:** Automate processes using scripts and infrastructure tools, reducing manual interventions. * **Monitoring and Auditing:** Perform preventive, corrective, and security audits, ensuring service continuity. ### **RELATED ACTIVITIES** * Implement and provide advanced support for virtualized environments * Configure and manage firewalls and network assets * Administer Linux and Windows servers, performing complex diagnostics * Automate infrastructure routines * Develop technical documentation (network topologies, manuals, configurations) * Track trends in Cloud Computing and virtualization ### **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS (HARD SKILLS)** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Information Security or Infrastructure is a plus * Advanced expertise in VMware and Proxmox * Experience administering Linux and Windows Server * Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and IAM * Knowledge of information security and LGPD * Experience with automation (scripts) ### **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES (SOFT SKILLS)** * Analytical thinking for solving complex problems * Clear communication with technical and executive teams * Autonomy and proactivity * Ability to self-manage priority projects ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, Cafeteria, Life Insurance, Dental Plan ### **Department:** IT
