**Mid-Level Developer** Also known as a "Mid-Level Programmer Analyst," this role is responsible for executing specific processes within a project, performing system maintenance, and researching improvements. This professional should already be capable of understanding code written by other developers and, where possible, enhancing it, as well as creating new routines to meet business requirements. To achieve this, the Mid-Level Developer Analyst must be detail-oriented and methodical, adhering to all activity requirements while striving to produce code that is easy to understand and maintain. In carrying out these responsibilities, the professional will interact with team leaders, colleagues, and, when necessary, clients.
