We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (proficient in C\# and ReactJS) to join a corporate process automation project. In this role, you will work with and present data collected from automation routines, developing in C\#, ReactJS, and consuming/providing REST APIs. Work with us fully remotely, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to convert manual operations into automated, efficient workflows. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain applications in C\#, SQL, and ReactJS focused on data visualization and automation of various company processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability. * Design and consume REST APIs to integrate systems and data flows, enabling transparent communication between different services and platforms. * Apply AI-assisted development extensively, leveraging tools and models to accelerate solution delivery, improve code quality, and optimize development processes. * Use and manage Git repositories for version control, maintaining an organized workflow (pull requests, code reviews) and ensuring effective team collaboration. * Implement observability solutions—including structured logging, metric monitoring, and alert creation—to track the health and performance of production automations. * Ensure adherence to software architecture standards and development best practices (e.g., SOLID, Clean Architecture), producing scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code. * Collaborate with other teams (e.g., data or product teams) to align integrations and ensure automation solutions meet business needs. * Diagnose issues, debug errors, and optimize the performance of automated processes, ensuring high availability and reliability of deployed solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in C\#, SQL, and ReactJS development, with a track record of participation in complex projects. * Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs, and working with data formats such as JSON/XML/SOAP. * Strong command of version control with Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution). * Experience with AI-assisted development, using tools and techniques to boost productivity and efficiency in coding and problem-solving. * Practical knowledge of software architecture patterns and design patterns, applying software engineering principles to build well-structured solutions. * Hands-on experience with application logging and monitoring—capable of instrumenting code to generate useful logs and creating dashboards/alerts for production systems. * Familiarity with observability and debugging practices, including metrics and tracing (transaction tracking) to diagnose and anticipate issues. * Autonomy and an investigative mindset to proactively propose and implement automation solutions, as well as resolve incidents swiftly. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team, sharing knowledge and documenting process improvements. **Additional Information** Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory) * Basic understanding of DevOps/CI/CD to support automated deployments and continuous integration pipeline configuration. * Certifications or courses in software development, architecture, or cloud computing.
