**Description** Ensure efficient production and order dispatch workflows, overseeing the entire process end-to-end—from raw material receipt to final delivery to the customer. This role serves as the essential link maintaining operational pace, ensuring quality, accuracy, and agility at every stage. **Responsibilities and Duties** **1\. Receiving and Organizing Raw Materials** Receive goods from suppliers and partners (e.g., coffee beans, packaging materials, labels, etc.); Verify and organize raw materials in the physical warehouse; Register and update raw materials in the system (Omie); Report discrepancies or issues encountered during receipt. **2\. Production and Order Preparation** Request production from responsible personnel (e.g., roasters); Receive finished coffee products and verify quality and quantity; Organize ongoing orders and perform assembly (weighing, packaging, labeling, when required); Monitor production orders and track order status in the system (Omie). **3\. Inventory Control** Update incoming and outgoing movements of raw materials and finished products in Omie; Conduct weekly stock balance verifications; Report low-stock items and prevent stockouts; Ensure physical warehouse organization and prevent losses. **4\. Dispatch and Logistics** Pick and pack sales orders with attention to detail; Verify shipping addresses, invoices, and labels; Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines (e.g., Melhor Envio, local deliveries, etc.); Manage local (Vix) and national dispatches; Update order statuses in the system. **5\. Operational Support and Internal Service** Support customer service regarding logistics-related requests; Align with supervisors on priorities and urgent matters; Maintain an organized and functional production environment; Flag process failures, quality issues, or delays. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Prior experience in order picking and dispatch routines (e.g., e-commerce, warehouses, etc.); Hands-on experience assembling kits or products manually; Basic knowledge of inventory control and physical stocktaking; Familiarity with digital tools (WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, Omie or other ERPs).
