




**Activities:** * Equipment control (inventory); * Operational tickets (password reset, VPN connection testing); * User management (monitoring expiration of third-party users); * Go live operations (monitor all agent logins, perform user switch and synchronization after receiving users); * Basic knowledge of VPN (access/login, permissions (group registration)); * Computer support / Hardware / Software and Windows (formatting, configuration of peripherals such as microphone, audio, camera, web applications, interface with USA team for website and other issues, remote access, MFA/Token); * Computer networks (DNS, DHCP and network troubleshooting); * Monitoring operation link matrix (Supervision / links and systems – system admin contact / MFA backup / Genesys Cloud); * Advanced English (will be assessed during interviews). **Requirements:** * Higher education in progress or completed; * Availability for on-site work in Sumaré (near Campinas); * Fluent/advanced/native English; * Fluent/advanced/native Portuguese. **Specifications:** * Workload: 220 hours per month; * Type: On-site in Sumaré \- Address: SMR\-385 Estr.
