All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue sales, service, and transfer invoices, ensuring proper adherence to internal processes. * Verify tax-related data, purchase orders, contracts, and other information required for invoice issuance. * Support tax calculation and verification related to billing, in accordance with current legislation. * Manage, organize, and distribute fiscal documents to relevant departments. * Provide support to Commercial, Finance, and Accounting departments to clarify billing-related questions. * Monitor returns, cancellations, and invoice adjustments. * Ensure timely execution and data accuracy, contributing to the company's tax compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of billing processes and invoice issuance. * Familiarity with taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS). * Proficiency in Excel at basic to intermediate level. * Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills. **Additional Information** You already know the traditional benefits—we offer those too.
