Register now and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **IT Technician**, you will: * Provide user support and assistance, respond to service requests, configure and maintain microcomputers (hardware and software), programs and computerized systems, and network environments. * Specify purchases of IT equipment; organize development and maintenance platforms; provide support for applications developed in Visual Basic, websites, intranet, ERP Protheus, Office, and other enterprise applications. * Configure remote access software; perform company data backup and restore operations. * Periodically manage the company’s anti-virus solution, running verification and control tools. * Monitor and control network machine usage via software. * Register new employees in all required tools for their activities. * Identify equipment issues and propose solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required Education: * Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Maintenance, or related fields.
