Job Summary: Responsible for administering network and on-premise/cloud server infrastructure and information security, ensuring the availability of IT resources and implementing new solutions. Collaboration with vendors and project support **Description** Responsible for administering network infrastructure, on\-premise/cloud servers, and information security, collaborating with vendors to sustain operations. Ensure the availability of IT resources and services, and identify, implement, and support new technological solutions and work tools to achieve continuous operational improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** Administer contracted services and vendors supporting VMs, Cloud Services, VPN, SQL Server, Managed Backup, Network Infrastructure with VLANs, Firewalls, Internet Links, Switches, and Access Points; Collaborate with vendors supporting ERP Protheus and ERP SAP B1, Power BI, system integrations, and Cybersecurity to address requirements in Network Infrastructure, Cloud Services, and Information Security; Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory services and implement new features and security controls; Proactively and reactively resolve incidents reported by Network Infrastructure NOC and Cybersecurity SOC services; Promote and improve the availability of utilized IT resources and services, maintaining direct vendor interfaces for active monitoring, issue resolution, and implementation of improvements; Drive continuous improvement of Network Infrastructure and Information Security across utilized technological services and resources; Support IT projects by defining scope, evaluating solutions and vendors, tracking activities, and validating deliveries; Support the IT Support Analyst in end-user support during their absence; Document and maintain up-to-date operational controls, procedures, policies, and departmental metrics; Train users on technological resources provided by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in network administration (required); Experience in on-premise and SaaS server administration (required); Experience in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration (required); Experience in information security projects or initiatives (required); Experience in information systems administration (required); Experience in end-user support (required); Experience in SQL Server environment administration (preferred); Experience in computer maintenance (preferred); Certifications in the field, e.g., MCP, ITIL (required).
