Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst to support and evolve the company's technological environment, ensuring user support, infrastructure administration, and development of internal solutions for digital transformation. Technical support and management of technological infrastructure Position Objective We seek an IT Analyst to support and evolve the company's technological environment, ensuring user support, infrastructure administration, and development of internal solutions. The professional will be responsible for process automation, system integration, and strategic support to business areas, directly contributing to the organization's digital transformation. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, notebooks, and peripherals. * Configure and administer users, permissions, and equipment. * Manage IT inventory and assets. * Implement and maintain internal systems. * Develop solutions to optimize corporate processes. * Create and maintain internal web applications. * Develop dashboards and managerial indicators. * Automate processes using Microsoft tools. * Administer databases and perform system integrations. * Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training. * Monitor the technological infrastructure, ensuring service availability. * Serve as the focal point between internal users and technology vendors. **Technical Requirements – Infrastructure** * Windows 10 and 11; * Windows Server; * Active Directory; * DNS and DHCP; * TCP/IP networks and VPN; * Backup and network sharing; * Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook; * Software, notebook, and desktop installation and configuration. **Development and Databases** * HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * SQL and relational databases; * REST APIs; * Version control; * Development and maintenance of internal applications. **Power Platform** * Power BI; * Power Automate; * Advanced Excel; * Dashboard and automation development. **Systems and Management** * System implementation and validation; * Requirements gathering; * User training; * Incident management and SLA compliance; * License control and management of technological assets. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and concise communication; * Organization and sense of priority; * Analytical mindset; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Ability to quickly learn new technologies; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Teamwork; * Focus on problem solving and continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience developing internal systems; * Knowledge of process automation; * Proficiency in Power Platform; * Experience in leasing, logistics, or transportation sectors; * Advanced knowledge of databases and system integration. **Desired Profile** We seek a practical and strategic professional capable of operating both in infrastructure and in technological solution development.
