Description: Education * Completed higher education in Information Technology or related fields. * Desired: Postgraduate degree in IT or related areas. Responsibilities * Work on IT infrastructure projects in mission-critical environments. * Evaluate, propose, and support the definition of infrastructure solutions. * Administer and maintain On-Premise and Multi-Cloud environments. * Perform evolutionary, preventive, and corrective maintenance on application servers. * Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems. * Develop scripts and automations for environment administration and provisioning. * Support areas such as technical support, operations, development, and architecture, including knowledge transfer to second-level teams. * Participate in projects and activities related to Cybersecurity and Audits. * Create and maintain technical documentation for environments. * Conduct capacity planning and assist with licensing compliance for managed components. * Perform other duties relevant to the IT infrastructure area.
