Responsibilities: \- Propose and implement information security policies, rules, and procedures. \- Propose, implement, administer, and support information security and privacy tools and controls. \- Plan and execute information security projects. \- Manage the Vulnerability Management and Patch Management process. \- Identify information security risks, propose solutions, and conduct routines for SI control and auditing. \- Ensure information security controls align with business requirements and compliance standards. \- Monitor and track adherence of security controls to LGPD. \- Respond to and analyze incidents related to Information Security and Privacy. \- Conduct troubleshooting in critical environments. \- Develop documentation, metrics, and technical reports related to IS. \- Create and update required departmental documentation. \- Support awareness initiatives and implement communication plans and training programs. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree completed. \- Solid experience in information security and cybersecurity, including handling cyber incident responses. \- Proficiency with security resources such as WAF, IPS, IDS, SIEM, MDM, DLP, Firewall, and Networks. \- Knowledge of information security in cloud environments. \- Familiarity with Identity Management and access management methods and tools (IAM and PAM). \- Knowledge of standards and best practices related to Information Security and Risk Management (ISO 27000 family, ISO 31000, CIS Controls, NIST, and LGPD). \- Understanding of ports, protocols, services, and vulnerabilities across various operating systems, infrastructure, and technological resources. \- Ability to use port and vulnerability scanning tools and interpret/analyze results. \- Experience managing antivirus servers. \- Problem-solving skills. \- Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT. \- Information security incident management. \- General knowledge of LAN, SAN, WAN, TCP/IP, WI\-FI, protocols, and infrastructure and security architecture. \- Ability to use scanning tools in environments. \- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and VMware operating systems. \- Experience with penetration testing ("Pentest") and tools for automating intrusion tests. \- Knowledge of Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, and behavioral-based attack event correlation. \- Knowledge of SI risk, vulnerability, and threat mapping.
