Job Summary: HR professional to execute payroll processing, hiring and termination procedures, and manage statutory deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience in Human Resources Department 2. Internal support and employee assistance **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed); * Prior experience in this role; * Accounting office experience preferred; * Familiarity with the Dominio system preferred; * Willingness to work in Pacatuba; * Availability to work business hours, Monday through Friday. **BENEFITS:** * Productivity bonuses * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Birthday day off; * 100% covered health insurance; * Optional dental insurance; * Subsidy for courses related to the field of work. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute payroll processing and verify labor-related charges; * Manage hiring, termination, vacation, leave of absence, and other types of leave; * Enter and update employee data in HR systems; * Submit and verify information in eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and Empregador Web; * Issue labor-related payment slips (FGTS, INSS, IRRF); * Monitor statutory deadlines and organize HR department documents; * Provide employee assistance and support internal requests; * Support the HR team during monthly closing routines.
