




This collaborator will be responsible for analyzing and executing routine HR department activities, aiming to comply with legislation and meet employees’ needs in accordance with company policies. 1. Participate in team sectoral meetings; 2. Inform the client during the first three months of the contract about the importance of submitting documents on time; 3. Conduct the verification process of clients’ documents; 4. Request pending documentation from clients to carry out required tasks; 5. Process employee onboarding, termination, payroll, position changes, transfers, reinstatements, and system updates using the integrated HR system, Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) website, SEFIP system, ACI, Social Connectivity, and DCTF WEB to meet clients’ demands; 6. Annually download XML files for payroll year-end closure to ensure timely submission of the Annual Report of Information on Social Security (RAIS) and send the DIRF file to the accountant via the Fortes system to guarantee accurate information to the relevant authorities; 7. Monitor processes before public agencies (e.g., payment installment plans, registration updates, settlement agreements, etc.); 8. Issue tax payment slips and declarations for primary and ancillary obligations; 9. Manage, implement, and monitor Collective Bargaining Agreements within each company’s HR routine; 10. Clarify technical questions raised by clients; 11. Send notifications regarding the expiration dates of probationary periods in employment contracts; 12. Inform the Supervisor or Coordinator about uncertainties related to contract execution and requests for new services; 13. Attend client meetings, presenting reports to clarify questions and provide better guidance; 14. Periodically verify whether all contribution rates (e.g., FAP, RAT, INSS, among others) comply with current legislation, ensuring correct system configuration; 15. Participate in Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) inspections, bringing all requested documentation and discussing issues as needed; 16. Monitor upcoming vacations prior to their expiration and notify the client accordingly; 17. Prepare HR Reports upon client request.
