Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; managing cloud environments (Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes clusters; and implementing observability solutions. The **Infrastructure and Operations Management** team is responsible for ensuring endpoint, network, and operational security through real\-time analysis of advanced threats, controlling and preventing contamination of the corporate technology environment to avoid reputational or even legal issues. It implements controls based on COBIT recommendations for IT risk management and organizes workflows for vulnerability testing operations. It identifies outdated or unpatched software and applications that may pose high cybersecurity risks to the corporate environment. It also manages remediation and control plans aimed at maintaining a stable environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring standardization, quality, security, and traceability throughout the application lifecycle, integrated with development and security teams; * Provision, configure, and manage cloud environments (Azure and GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and administer and evolve Kubernetes clusters, performing deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of containerized applications; * Implement and maintain observability solutions (monitoring, logging, and metrics), supporting proactive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of application reliability, including handling support tickets. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Professional Experience** * DevOps or SRE experience involving implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines; * Public clouds (Azure and/or GCP); * Kubernetes administration; * Automation, production application support, resolution of critical incidents, and application of quality and security best practices. **Specific Knowledge** * DevOps and IaC; * CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI); * Observability (monitoring, logs, and metrics – Prometheus, Grafana, ELK); * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or similar); * JIRAITSM; * Administration and support of application and web servers (**WebSphere, Apache, JBoss, IIS**), operating systems (**Windows Server and Linux**), and support for **low\-code platforms (Outsystems)**. **[Desirable] Education, Knowledge, and/or Experience** * Kubernetes certification. **Additional Information** **Employment Details:** * Indefinite\-term employment contract \- CLT. * On\-site work at CNI’s office in Brasília/DF. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 40 hours per week, with an hour bank system. **Our Main Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Allowance for children with disabilities * Health insurance plan (nationwide coverage) * Private pension plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance The **Industry System** is the force that creates and reinvents Brazil’s future.
