Here, you will help build and evolve applications that expand analytical capabilities, automation, and operational security support—collaborating with experienced professionals and following well-defined architectural guidelines. **All this with the support of a team recognized four times as Great Place to Work™ and a culture that values excellence, collaboration, people development, and customer focus.** If you’re curious, technically skilled, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow through hands-on applied AI, this opportunity could be yours! ?? **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop generative AI-based applications under technical supervision * Support the creation of intelligent assistants, copilots, and automations using LLMs * Integrate applications with large language model APIs * Implement data pipelines and RAG-based architectures * Work with embeddings and vector databases * Support the development of AI agents and workflows * Integrate AI solutions with corporate systems * Participate in the continuous evolution of developed solutions * Follow team standards, best practices, and guidelines * Model evaluation and comparison (AI Evaluation) **Requirements:** **To apply for this position, we expect you to have:** * Technical/intermediate English * Knowledge of: operating systems (especially Linux); networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, sockets); security (infrastructure and code); Software Engineering: version control with Git * Experience with GitHub or GitLab * Familiarity with CI/CD concepts * Participation in code reviews * Writing automated tests * Development best practices such as KISS, SOLID (intermediate level), modular architecture, and pragmatic engineering * Experience evaluating AI models (quality, cost, latency) * Hands-on experience conducting comparative LLM evaluations * Knowledge of building evaluation datasets * Familiarity with relevance, consistency, and accuracy metrics **Technical Skills:** * **Generative AI:** Integration with LLM APIs; initial/intermediate experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel * **AI Development:** RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation); Embeddings and vectorization; vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma * **Languages and Frameworks:** Python; Web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django); REST API development; Javascript / Node.js (a plus) * **Other Competencies:** Basic Prompt Engineering knowledge; agent orchestration; AI integration into applications. ***??
