We are a team composed of **people who see beyond the obvious!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct risk assessments to identify and classify threats and vulnerabilities in systems and networks; * Analyze security logs and events to detect suspicious patterns and anomalous behavior; * Use forensic analysis tools to investigate cybersecurity incidents and conduct detailed investigations; * Develop and implement action plans to remediate or mitigate identified vulnerabilities; * Collaborate with IT teams to deploy patches, fixes, and security enhancements; * Stay up-to-date on the latest security updates and patches provided by vendors; * Generate regular reports on cybersecurity status and present metrics to leadership; * Continuously review security processes and procedures, proposing and implementing improvements to strengthen security posture; * Prioritize and recommend actions to remediate critical vulnerabilities identified; * Influence the implementation of security practices and processes across the organization to ensure compliance and protection. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields; * Desired knowledge of information security regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS; * Experience identifying, evaluating, and quantifying cyber threats and vulnerabilities; * Practical knowledge of risk analysis tools, such as SWOT analysis and qualitative/quantitative risk analysis; * Experience in log analysis, security event analysis, and digital forensic investigation; * Experience in vulnerability management and tracking system security updates and configuration processes. SKILLS: * Analytical ability to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks, classifying them according to severity; * Proficiency in using forensic analysis tools and security monitoring solutions; * Knowledge of vulnerability management processes, system security configurations, and patching; * Ability to translate technical findings into clear, concise reports for leadership; * Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams (IT, Information Security, etc.); * Basic or intermediate knowledge of security regulations and compliance frameworks. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF BEING VISION!** At Vision, security begins with people.
