If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Managing, maintaining, and evolving the Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with market best practices and regulatory requirements; * Supporting and leading internal investigations, including analysis of reports received via ethics channels, ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and methodological consistency; * Developing, reviewing, and implementing policies, standards, and procedures related to ethics, integrity, and compliance; * Monitoring and assessing compliance risks, including topics such as anti\-corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, and harassment; * Preparing managerial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive presentations for committees, audits, and senior leadership; * Conducting training sessions, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives to promote an ethical and compliant culture; * Tracking program performance indicators, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Leading third\-party and partner due diligence processes; * Contributing to strengthening the Company’s internal controls environment and corporate governance; * Supporting digital transformation initiatives in Compliance, including applying artificial intelligence to area processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, IT, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Auditing, Internal Controls, or Risk Management; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, Data Science, or related areas; * Experience using artificial intelligence in investigations, monitoring, and controls; * Knowledge of applicable legislation, including Law No. 12\.846\/2013 and Integrity Programs; * Experience leading teams, performance management, talent development, and organizational culture strengthening; * Familiarity with digital tools, process automation, and data analytics applied to Compliance; * Willingness to travel #### **Nice\-to\-Have:** * Professional certifications (e.g., CPC\-A Anti\-Corruption Compliance Professional Certification, CPIIC Corporate Internal Investigations Professional Certification…) * Experience with internal investigations, report analysis, and/or ethics channel management; * Knowledge of automation tools (RPA), data analytics (Power BI, SQL or similar), and emerging technologies; * Knowledge of criminal and labor law; * Experience with third\-party due diligence and integrity assessments. **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine, covering multiple specialties including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Well\-Being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
