




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to handle telephone claims support, with a focus on assisting customers and monitoring insurance claim processes. An inclusive and welcoming environment that creates value and growth opportunities If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about customer service, we have an opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Some challenges you will face:** **ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION** * Telephone handling of automobile, residential, commercial, condominium, and general R.E. claims. * Initiation of claims processes with brokers and insurance companies * Monitoring of claims processes from initiation through finalization * Customer assistance via 24-hour support * Assisting customers in submitting documentation relevant to the claim * Keeping process progress records up to date; * Communicating key information to policyholders regarding claim procedures (e.g., document submission deadlines to the insurer, settlement of overdue fines, IPVA or DPVAT), prior to indemnification; * Assessing the policyholder’s claim frequency index, analyzing the Police Report, and, if necessary, guiding them in filing an addendum; * Identifying needs, attending to, conveying, and clarifying doubts of policyholders and third parties involved in the claim; **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important that you possess:** * Strong sense of urgency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; **In addition to these benefits, we offer (subject to change):** * Birthday day off; * Partnership with Sesc; * Discount on our products (insurance); **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **On-site model.** **Work Location:** Rua Eduardo Tomanik, 241 \- Chácara Urbana \- Jundiaí/SP We are a global fintech that **connects people and technology to deliver personalized solutions** in insurance, reinsurance, benefits, cybersecurity, and other areas.
